Holland Grill Warranty Policy

Your Holland grill, when subjected to normal residential use, is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials.

Your Holland grill is also guaranteed to perform as advertised during the first 30 days. If the Holland Grill Company cannot correct the performance problem, they will refund 100% of the purchase price, pursuant to the terms of the warranty.

Additional protection for the Original Purchaser

  • Cooking grid and cast iron burner - lifetime of the grill!
  • Grill bottom shell and top shell against rust through or burn-out for:
    • Heritage Plus - 3 Years
    • Holland Epic - 5 Years
    • Holland Apex - 15 Years
  • All other functional parts are warranted against defects for one year from the date of purchase.

Special "No Flare-Up" Warranty

Holland further warrants to the original purchaser that, during the functional parts term of this warranty, the drip pan section of the Holland Grill will not flare up.

This "No-Flare" warranty IS CONDITIONAL and certain requirements exist in order for a consumer to qualify for consideration of claim eligibility. Please see the Holland Grill website for conditions on this warranty and more information.

How to Make a Claim

If your Holland grill is not funtioning properly, or is defective in anyway within the warranty period, please contact Earl's directly to handle your warranty claim. Earl's files your warranty registration for you so you don't have to. We also handle securing of parts and any necessary repairs as the Holland Company permits.
