If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to set up a return of the merchandise. If you are interested in another model or similar item, we will be happy to make the exchange for you.
If after a return, you have a credit balance with us, we will issue a refund by check if the original purchase was paid by check or cash, or by credit card if originally paid with a credit card. (refunded to the same card charged in the original sale) Otherwise, we will retain the balance as an in-store credit to be used on other merchandise only.
We reserve the right to charge a $25 restocking fee on any return.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
